To ensure that we can continue offering these vital services, Recovery Fanz has established a strict no-refund policy on all donations, memberships, and any items or services sold by Recovery Fanz or its affiliates. This policy applies to all transactions, including but not limited to one-time donations, recurring membership fees, merchandise, or any other offerings.
1. Donations
All donations made to Recovery Fanz are final. As a charitable platform focused on supporting mental health and addiction recovery, donations are immediately allocated to sustain and improve our programs and services, making them non-refundable.
2. Membership Fees
Membership fees paid to Recovery Fanz or any affiliated platforms are non-refundable. Membership access is granted upon payment, and refunds will not be provided for unused time, voluntary account deactivation, or any changes in circumstances.
3. Products and Services
Any products or services sold through Recovery Fanz or its affiliates are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, digital or physical products and any promotional items. All sales are considered final.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases where there has been an error in processing a transaction, Recovery Fanz will review the situation on a case-by-case basis. However, please note that these situations are exceptions and do not constitute a change in the overall policy.
By completing a transaction with Recovery Fanz, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy. This policy is designed to allow us to focus resources on our mission to support individuals facing mental health and addiction challenges.
